What is your rescheduling policy?
Rescheduling Policy: Our studio allows clients to reschedule up to 48 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment without a fee. If you are rescheduling within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, a $75 fee will apply.
Cancellation Policy: Our studio allows clients to cancel their session and receive a full refund up to 1 week in advance of their scheduled appointment. If you are cancelling within 1 week of your scheduled appointment, a refund of your session minus $75 will apply.
How long does it take to get my images after my session?
It takes our team anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the season. During our peak fall season, expect up to 2 weeks. If you have a deadline, we can only accommodate if we are told prior to booking your session.
How many outfits can I bring?
We do not recommend outfit changes unless they are "quick changes". A lot of our locations do not offer a place to change. If you are interested in changing your outfit, please keep in mind that it does cut into your photography time.
If you are interested in booking a senior session with multiple outfits, we recommend booking a custom session with us.
Do you offer printing services?
Yes, we do. Check out our print and product price list.
Do you offer retouching?
Yes, retouching can be purchased through your gallery for $25/image.
The act of photo retouching refers to the elimination of all defects and beautification of photo details, usually removal of blemishes and eye bags, and body slimming to name a few. We are happy to work with you to make sure your photos are retouched to your liking.
How big can I print my images?
Our digital negatives are sized to print up to 8x10, or smaller. If you are interested in purchasing full resolution digital negatives to print larger than 8x10, they are $75/image and can be ordered through your gallery.
Can I bring my dog, or other pets?
Yes, we love animals. Please consider the location of your photoshoot when bringing your pet. Some locations can be very busy and distracting. If you think your pet will be distracted, please contact us, and we can help you choose a location that will best fit your needs.
Can I have the RAW photos from my session?
No, we do not supply our clients with the RAW files from any session.
How do I download my photos?
You will receive a private gallery that you will have access to download the images from your session.
Do you use my images for marketing?
Yes, we require all of our session to agree to our marketing release when booking a session with us.
Marketing Release: By booking a session with our studio, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by any of our studios.
